• CHAPTER-ONE provides exclusively digital services and digital products, including:
• time-limited subscriptions,
• generation tokens,
• ebooks,
• audiobooks,
• AI-generated digital content.
• All products and services are delivered digitally.
• In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, users lose the right of withdrawal once the delivery of digital services begins.
• By completing a purchase, the user explicitly agrees to immediate service delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
• Subscriptions are valid for 30 days only.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• Each subscription must be purchased manually after expiration.
• Subscription fees are paid in advance.
• No refunds are available once a subscription has been purchased.
• Tokens are virtual digital units used to generate text, audio and illustrations.
• CHAPTER-ONE uses two types of tokens for content generation:
• Monthly Tokens (granted with a subscription):
• expire 30 days after being granted,
• are non-refundable,
• cannot be exchanged for money.
• Extra Tokens (purchased separately):
• do not expire,
• are non-refundable,
• cannot be exchanged for money.
• Ebooks and audiobooks are digital products.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• This Refund Policy does not apply to payouts owed to users selling content.
• Payout terms are governed by the Legal Terms.
• The platform operator may, at their sole discretion, consider complaints in cases of:
• permanent service unavailability,
• incorrect billing.
• Such decisions are final.
• Complaints may be submitted via email and should include:
• the user's email address,
• a description of the issue.
• Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.
• The operator reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
