• CHAPTER-ONE uses third-party artificial intelligence models, including OpenAI APIs, to generate text, audio and illustrations.

• Users must comply with:

• these rules,

• the Terms of Service,

• applicable laws,

• current OpenAI policies.

• OpenAI policies are considered binding and may change without notice.

• Users may generate content such as:

• fiction and creative writing,

• novels, crime stories, thrillers, fantasy and science fiction,

• historical and war-related narratives,

• non-graphic narrative violence consistent with literary standards,

• limited adult themes permitted under OpenAI rules.

• The following content is strictly prohibited:

• pornographic or explicit sexual content,

• sexual content involving minors,

• graphic, realistic, extreme or fetishized violence,

• hate speech, harassment or discrimination,

• terrorism or criminal facilitation,

• illegal content or copyright infringement,

• attempts to bypass or manipulate AI safeguards.

• The platform may automatically or manually:

• block or modify prompts,

• refuse content generation,

• remove generated content.

• Violation of these rules may result in:

• temporary or permanent account suspension,

• termination of access to the platform,

• blocking of payouts,

• freezing or forfeiture of account balances.

• Administrative decisions are final and non-appealable.

• Users are fully responsible for:

• generated content,

• how generated content is used,

• ensuring compliance with laws and platform rules.

• These rules may be updated at any time and take effect upon publication.
